New Year Is Coming

It's the 28th December today, New Year is fast approaching. Soon we will move from 2012 to 2013, so I'm going to use this post to look back over what I've done this year, and what has happened this year.

  • The London 2012 Olympics, for a start.
  • Mon anniversaire - obviously.
  • I started this blog (even though I now have a couple of creepy followers - the more the better, I say).
  • Queen's Diamond Jubilee
Yes, so a lot of things have been happening this year.

On a side note, I haven't been sleeping so well again. I had the dream again, only this time as I woke up I saw a long black feather float in front of my eyes...

It's Christmas...

Cue festive songs, dancing and food.

I've not been having any dreams as of late, at least not anything like that one I had before... I shudder to think of it. I have, however, had some other rather vivid dreams, but that is normal for me.

Merry Christmas!

'Black Crow'

I've found something on this 'Black Crow' at last!

...at least, I think I have.

While I was reading up on the Fears Mythos, I came across this page:
http://thefearmythos.wikia.com/wiki/The_Convocation
The Convocation.

Why do I think it has anything to do with this so-called 'Black Crow'?
Look at this image.
Yes. That bird is black and although it doesn't look like a crow necessarily, something tells me that this is not simple coincidence.

Dream Symbols

I've found a good dream symbols website, but now it's chilling my blood.

"The machinery symbolizes your mind or your body. Examine how the machinery is running and its condition and function."

What could this mean?
Time for me to get a little worried?

Deeply Disturbing

The comment on my last post - "I Had A Dream" - is rather disturbing. It read:
"My Masters have asked me to monitor this blog, and keep track of you. You seem harmless now, but they think you may become dangerous in the future. I guess I'll wait and see.

-The Black Crow"

I have no idea what he or she is talking about. The 'Black Crow'???
I did a quick Google search but nothing came up, nothing I recognized.

On the dream: I still have no idea what it could have meant. If there are any dream experts among you, please step forwards.

I Had A Dream

Not MLK's speech. I actually had a dream, and it was pretty disturbing as well.

I remember walking in what seemed like an abandoned factory. There were pieces of equipment everywhere. The strange thing was that when I looked back at one again, it wasn't there.
I was in a long corridor, and the walls were all a stainless clean white. I could almost smell what was unpleasantly like hospital sterilising spray.
I came to the end and flung open the door I found there. When I saw what lay beyond, I almost fainted.
There were three massive towers, reaching way, way up into the sky. Attached to each of the sides of the towers were pieces of junk, old machinery.
My blood chilled as I realised that it was the equipment I had passed in the factory.
It was at that point that  heard the voice. It was deep, yet high at the same time. It was insistent, urging, and what is worse, I wanted to respond to it.
"Come to me." It said. "Come to your maker."
I was paralysed with fear. I could not move. I heard a loud scream and realised it was coming from my own open mouth.
I woke to find myself screaming.

I don't know what it was about... does anyone have even the faintest idea?

I've found that sometimes in the past few years, the Slender Mythos was expanded. Now there's also the Fear Mythos. Must look into.

Slender Man Mythos

I've been researching the interesting phenomenon known as the Slenderman. (AKA playing Slender: the 8 Pages and terrifying myself)
I've come across all these other blogs written about the Slender Mythos. For anyone here who hasn't heard of them, basically it's where many people create blogs and write storylines as if it were real life. These storylines often intertwine to produce brilliant stories, even if they are slightly grammar-deficient.

How's this for a beginning?
It was cold outside in the park at night. I stood, leaning, moving from foot to foot. It was uncomfortable outside in the freezing rain, on the frozen ground, but I had to be there. A very special person was coming to meet me. He wasn't old, nor young, or white, nor black. He wasn't tall, he wasn't short.
He wasn't even human.

Is this okay? Or does it need some work?

No News To Speak Of

Well, this is my second blog post ever (excluding comments on the blogs of others - I really couldn't resist, some of the blogs out there are marvellous).
News? I have nothing to say today.
Sometimes it seems my life is so ordinary.

First Post

Hello all.
My name ... well, we won't talk about that right now. For now you can call me Stripes.
I'm starting blogging after reading quite a few blogs, which have really inspired me.
About me? I'm good with computers - in fact, if you take a look at my profile you will find my Strip3s Cat YouTube account, and it has a couple of computer-based videos coughHACKINGcough.
Moving on.
Why did I name this Born of Data?
Well, I suppose it's because I'm good with computers and I love to write as well. I've had some incidents in the past where I've lost some work; I feel it would be so much better if you could save data somehow, as if it were saved directly in your mind.
Enough of that. This has rambled enough.
Until next post,
Stripes.
